The Superb friendly service of english couple in office. Free wifi was fabulous.  Cleanliness of bathrooms in park and in general plus outdoor kitchen impressed us.  Great view, excellent laundry, good products (range and quality) available from front office- dvds and books great idea!
English couple in the office were perfect hosts friendly helpful open and understanding- no improvement could possible be made to their co-operative interactions with us.  No difficulties were encountered with other staff members.

Perfect place, nice setting, clean and very friendly place. Helpful staff!! Luxury camping all excellent!
Lots of easy accessible recycling stations and free wireless internet. A security barrier at the entrance would be a good idea.

After a long day we arrived and there was everything we needed plus a few extras- free wifi, spa and sauna.  Dryer was a quite expensive? Customer service was fine and informative.  Excellent park, would stay again.

Australians:

The customer service and facilities are fantastic, No improvement required.  Not having to pay for showers is great for guests

Lovely, warm, comfortable, community room with log fire in winter, BIG TV, Sky, and internet!

FREE INTERNET, WOW DROP OFF TO TOWN-THOSE "little" EXTRAS MAKE THIS PLACE SPECIAL.  SHOWER SPLASHED OUT SO THAT IN WINTER COULD WET FEET.  NOTHING PREVENTED SPLASH EG: CURTAIN/MATT/WIRE SCREEN OFF AREA.  EXCELLENT, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING!  A little more private internet access in lounge?

From oz:

Clean happy environment.  Facilities were great above and beyond help from the staff.  Great stay and we will recommend to anyone.

Switzerland:

We visit our son in Wanaka- he show us this place.  This place is very clean, the person very friendly.  EXCELLENT

From overseas:

Customer service and cleanliness great.  Kitchen setup in need of a gas stove and appliances in kitchen.  Drying room for NON SKIIERS?  Customer service was great!

Australia visitor:

The free Wi-Fi access, the Free use of spa and sauna, The price is very reasonable- thank you!  Continue free offers to encourage patrons to attend.  Place a larger sign as you enter town to encourage enquiries.

UK:

Fabulous showers and toilets.  Lots of room and shelves.  Everything dry!!  Also wonderfully clean.  It was great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.  The shuttle bus into town was good and lovely showers.  Cant think of any way to improve- I would recommend this to others.

Very clean showers and toilets.  Free wi-fi, free dvd rental, free hot tubs, cheapest laundry and stunning views!!  Already outstanding- our favourite camping ground in all of NZ.

1 night site 17:

Perhaps an extra computer terminal, larger kitchen and dining area but location, cleanliness, friendliness, free internet, free showers, park layout and spa and sauna were great.  Travelled all around south island and stayed at numerous parks- this is the best!

From Australia:

The park had a wonderful layout and cleanliness of the park was great.  No soap in ladies?  Great park Excellent!  Cant praise it enough 11 ot of 10!  Stacys excellente advice and help.

1 night stay:

The service by stacy- she was friendly, helpful, proactive and enthusiastic.  For the space available the grounds could have been designed to provide more scenic and private spots for campervans.  Excellent as is!

October 2010 1 night stay from UK:

Facilities extremely clean, Great communal kitchen and owner was extremely friendly.  So far this is the best caravan park we have stayed in (5x in south island) Excellent!

NZ RESIDENT SITE 25:

Lovely staff with shower/spa facilities, lounge/kitchen, nice sites with easy access to power and easy to navigate.  The campervan park was wonderful, it was more my campervan that i was disapointed!!  I think it was excellent- no improvement needed!  Loved the staff running me into wanaka!




Site 25:

The cleanliness of the facilities were great, keep up the good work.  Staff were exceptionally friendly.  A few more computers for overseas travellers who haven't got laptops fell short.

The helpfulness of the staff and good deals/offers were great.  The lack of utensils in the kitchen fell short but I think the park is spot on.  Excellent 5 star.

The cleanliness of the whole place and friendly nature of all staff- every site needs a jason!  Fantastic site keep up the good work!

Free reliable internet was a great plus.  Considering composting around the park would make a great mulch for your very well tendered grounds.
